We have a 10-day return policy, which means you have 10 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, you can contact us at contact@fandomfocused.com. If your return is accepted, you will need to pay for the shipping back to us at PO Box 354, Gretna, NE 68028. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be refunded.
DAMAGES / EXCHANGES
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item. If an item you received is broken, please e-mail us at contact@fandomfocused.com with your order number and at least one photo showing the broken or damaged item. If you received the wrong item, we will send you a shipping label to return the incorrect item.
EXCEPTIONS / NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on samples, custom orders, sale items, or gift cards.
REFUNDS
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return. If your return is approved, you’ll be automatically refunded via your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
