shipping policy

All orders are processed within 10 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email.  You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

Domestic Shipping Rates and Estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

All US orders over $50.00 automatically ship FREE!

International Shipping
Due to changing regulations with the EU and other countries, please place international orders through our Etsy Shop at www.fandomfocused.etsy.com.

Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country.  Fandom Focused Creations, LLC is not responsible for these charges if they are applied, they are your responsibility as the customer.

Tracking Information
When your order has shipped, you will receive an e-mail notification from us that includes a tracking number.  You can use this tracking number to check the status of your package.  Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.

If you haven’t received your order within 10 days of receiving your shipping confirmation e-mail, please contact us at contact@fandomfocused.com with your name and order number so we can look into it for you.
